The role

Gulf Wind Technology seeks a Process Engineer motivated to drive the largest transition in energy production in the last 100 years. In this position you will lead cutting edge and innovative approaches to composite manufacturing. The ideal candidate will  combine a meticulous approach to quality and an enthusiasm  for innovation. This will be a customer facing position requiring confidence and creditability. You will interface with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and business professionals to maximize product effectiveness and quality. You will be working with the most advanced, material science, inspection methods, manufacturing process, and the largest rotors in the world.

Desired skills:

• Understanding of composite construction 
• High level of knowledge with NDT methods and approaches
• Strong fundamentals of Quality (Lean Six Sigma)
• Proficiency in Authoring work instructions and quality documentation
• Curiosity and enthusiasm to learn new skills
• Ability to lead and grow team members
